What does a typical yacht charter encompass?
Our charters provide a qualified crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. What's included can vary by the type of service—for example, sunset tours come with gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, whereas business charters offer conference amenities and corporate catering options.
When should I make my booking?
Booking 2–3 weeks beforehand is advisable, with the busy period being May–September. For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended to ensure availability and time for personalized requests.
What is the procedure if there are adverse weather conditions?
Your safety is our primary concern. In case of unsafe weather, counted on by our captain, an alternative date for the charter will be offered or a complete refund will be provided. We diligently track weather forecasts and will inform you if any concerns arise 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and refreshments?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and beverages on board. Nonetheless, we also provide exceptional catering services with customizable menus. For safety precautions, glassware is not allowed on the yachts.
Do you have yachts that are suitable for guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to host all guests comfortably. While some of our yachts are more accessible than others, it is best to reach out with your specific requirements during booking and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and provide any needed assistance.
What are your terms regarding cancellations?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is issued. If the cancellation occurs between 24–72 hours before departure, a 50% refund is granted. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the charter are non-refundable, unless it's owing to weather disruptions or mechanical failures on our account.
