Service availability is subject to existing conditions and meteorological considerations. We hold the right to alter or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To arrange for a charter, criteria include:

  • A minimum age of 18
  • The submission of precise and thorough data
  • Advance payment as detailed in your booking confirmation
  • Accepting these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Bookings are deemed confirmed following payment and our written affirmation. We reserve the faculty to decline service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters are dependant on yacht availability and the aptness of weather conditions. Reasonable endeavors will be made to honor your booking preferences for dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are designated in € and consist of all applicable levies unless stated otherwise. Price amendments may be instituted without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the cumulative charter expense, payable at the time of booking
  • Outstanding Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter's commencement
  • Incidental expenditures (if any): Settled following the charter's completion

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment include primary credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and validated checks. Our encrypted systems assure secure payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With more than 72 hours notice before departure: Full reimbursement minus administrative fees
  • From 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: A refund of 50%
  • With less than 24 hours notice before departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the case our captain deems weather conditions as unsafe, options presented include:

  • The alignment of a new charter date at no extra charge
  • A complete refund if rescheduling proves unattainable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical malfunctions occur with the designated yacht, we strive to supply an appropriate replacement. If substitution is not possible, a full refund will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers are obliged to:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize any provided safety gear when warranted
  • Declare any medical conditions that may impinge on their security
  • Stay within the prescribed sections of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on the yacht:

  • Glass receptacles
  • Illicit drugs
  • Arms or other weaponry
  • Excess beverages (beyond what is considered moderate consumption)
  • Animals (exceptions may be made with prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passenger behavior should be considerate at all times. In the event that behavior endangers the safety of others or disrupts the experience, we reserve the right to terminate the charter with no refund issued.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid towards the charter and does not cover:

  • Injuries borne out of passenger imprudence
  • The loss or impairment of personal items
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive repercussions
  • Delays occasioned by weather or other forces outside of our governance

Our comprehensive maritime insurance policy encompasses our fleet and operations. It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engagement in our charter services means you comprehend and accept that marine ventures entail inherent perils for which you assume full responsibility for your personal health and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Amendments to itineraries, routes, or schedules may occur due to weather, safety, or operational demands. We shall exert efforts to offer suitable alternatives where necessary.

9. Force Majeure

We bear no liability for interruptions, cancellations, or alterations brought about by events beyond our control, which include but are not limited to:

  • Intense meteorological occurrences
  • Catastrophic events
  • Governmental edicts
  • Port suspensions
  • Technical vessel dysfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection
